Every financial claim on this site, summarized in one table with links to the evidence.
Ten categories of money attributed to Mrs. Ort from 2000 through 2017, totaling $11,175,850. Each row below summarizes one category and links to the cataloged evidence behind it.
The custodial-accounts row. The $1,000,000 is the case’s claim. The documents behind it show two things: Schedule A lists approximate starting balances for eleven children’s custodial accounts totaling $653,145.84, and Arbitration Order #16 authorizes support draws of $11,000 per month from the children’s Smith Barney accounts (a 2002 Smith Barney letter separately gives Sarah Ort’s emancipated account balance as $182,619.28). The accounts may have grown between the Schedule A snapshot and the later draws; the full $1,000,000 is not directly supported by a cataloged document.
The tuition row. The $225,000 is the case’s figure for foundation-funded tuition and tutoring, supported by the Donor Foundation’s disbursement record in the Snyder letter , which itemizes disbursements made at Mrs. Ort’s request: $70,500 on page 1 plus a $311,000 schedule on page 2, covering 2003–2006 (the pages may overlap in part, as both draw on the same 2004–2006 letters). The letter’s itemized total is larger and distributed differently by year than the spreadsheet’s $75,000 / $50,000 / $50,000 / $50,000; the $225,000 stands as the case’s figure on the basis of that record.
The $342,210 reconciliation row. The 2000–2001 figure is documented by the arbitration excerpt : $316,210.52 released in four court-ordered payments (April 2000–April 2001), plus the $26,000 Fleet check of June 2000 shown on the same page — together $342,210.52, matching the row. (The case history describes this as “over $300,000” released by consent during the reconciliation attempt; the $316,210.52 in documented releases plus the $26,000 check reconcile to the table figure.) The 47 newly cataloged support checks ($75,075, January 2005–November 2007) are a separate, later set; see the day-to-day support page .
The $6,000,000 commercial-building sale. The two 2017 settlement agreements now cataloged each carry a $3,000,000 settlement sum — Jamaica Avenue (Queens action) and East 16th Street (Kings County action) — which together match the $6,000,000 figure in the table. Both settlements are cross-conditioned and expressly exclude Abraham Ort from the releases.
The co-op row. The $299,212 figure is the adjusted net from the closing, not the sale price. Per the attorney’s closing letter , the apartment sold for $445,000 plus a $308.52 credit ($445,308.52 gross); after the flip tax, maintenance arrears, commissions, and closing costs the adjusted net was $299,212.04, and after further arbitration and renovation payments Mrs. Ort’s net proceeds were $239,664.25. The table shows the adjusted-net figure.
The 2006 yearly subtotal. The year-by-year breakdown lists 2006 components of $132,000 + $50,000 + $52,333, which sum to $234,333; that is the figure in the table, and it reconciles with the grand total of $11,175,850.
What “received” means here. These are the case’s categories and figures: money attributed to Mrs. Ort across the eighteen years 2000–2017. Some rows (child support, custodial accounts) describe money paid out or held for the children rather than money Mrs. Ort kept. The categories are presented as documented; the evidence links let readers check each one.
